This notice explains what personal data we process through this website, for what purpose and what rights you have. The controller is LD audit, s.r.o.
What we process
We process only the data you send us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address and, optionally, company name, phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to enter into a contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding, or pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Where an engagement arises, retention follows the applicable legislation, including the Statutory Audit Act and the Accounting Act.
Recipients and transfers
We do not share data with third parties for marketing. Technical providers (hosting and e-mail delivery) may access it strictly as needed to operate the service and are bound by a processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no marketing or profiling cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference. Fonts are served from this domain, so nothing is loaded from external servers.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to object. Send requests to the contact e-mail below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
